I am driven, creative, humble and helpful person. I am a fast learner and enjoy learning and being creatively challenged.

My educational background is Journalism/Communications. I love creating something from nothing. I enjoy the entire process of brainstorming, gathering all of the information, writing and editing and seeing the completed project. Similarly content creation, copywriting and advertising are all avenues that peak my interest. Anytime I can get the creative juices flowing is the perfect job for me. I have been fortune to achieve a few published articles in local newspapers and magazines.

My main work experience was as a Customer Contact Agent which has helped me become a better person and employee. I always try to put myself in the customer's shoes so I can understand exactly what is required. Then I can execute efficiently which saves time and money. It's a heartwarming experience when someone says "You are the first person to listen to me or Thank you for calling me back and updating me." I feel as though I made their day that they are not forgotten.
