Coming from a background of service with professionalism, over the last 10 years I have been able to seamlessly transfer my skills into each environment that needs my expertise. Starting as a trainee within the On the Job Training Program facilitated by the Ministry of Science and Tertiary Education,I was exposed to the world of work.Learning Office Ettiquette,basic typing for certificates, attending to the public to name a few. I would confidently go on to establish myself in this field in many working environments ranging from Arts and Entertainment to Manufacturing and Entrepreneurship under the umbrella of Customer Service Specialist. Why? Because ,I am a results driven person who enjoys working in the public domain.I take great care to ensure that the customers needs are met in an efficient manner and would go above and beyond to retain customer loyalty if necessary.I enjoy what I do.I love what I do. I upgraded my skills in Computer Literacy and Customer service and kept abreast of best practices within each institution I represented.
