I graduated at the top of my class with he highest GPA in Journalism, and went on to obtain a BA in Mass Communication. Just to note my weakness is I'm an over thinker and kind person. A recent accomplishment was creating a media department at my previous job and also creating an initiative to get sponsorship for school children (test booklets) preparation for exams. I am a 21 year old, queer Barbadian creator. I have long been both a lover and active participant in all things art. Refusing to be pigeonholed in her expression she has experimented with many different mediums throughout her artistic career, including drama, dance, music, fine arts, jewelry and digital art. This has showcased her ability to diversify and also shows her dynamic nature as an artist. I pride myself on never being afraid to exhibit my multifaceted abilities to ensure my creative vision is physically manifested. I use my craft as a means of catharsis to cope with life’s many experiences and challenges. As such her work often includes themes of spirituality, the journeys that are sexuality and sexual discovery, mental health, the experiences of blackness and inclusivity and the diversity of the female form. Currently enrolled within the Faculty of Culture, Creative and Performing Arts at the University of the West Indies Cave Hill reading for a Bachelor of Arts in Film and employed at the Centre for Hybrid Studies as a resident curator. I hope to continue as a curator and become a creative and artistic director.

During the years between the late '90's and 2010. I had a hobby of sending letters to the editor of the three daily newspapers here in Trinidad & Tobago. I never knew the impact these letters had until I had people come up to me just last week when they heard my name and ask me to help them with causes they had. Although I've stopped writing letters to the daily newspapers for personal reasons, I still write in my facebook profile, I have written poetry in the past and composed a calypso for school competitions , but I won't call myself a poet, just someone who can write in different styles including rhyme if I have to, And i do love to use the Trini dialect.once it's appropriate to the work at hand and if it'll better communicate the point, imagery or emotion.
